Fully booked in 2026 – pre-registration for 2027 is open! Do you dream of running a fast, atmospheric and memorable half marathon? Then Berlin is the perfect choice! With its flat course, pleasant spring temperatures, wide streets and enthusiastic crowds along the way, this race is a pure running party.
Join us for an inspiring weekend trip filled with experiences – both on and off the track. You’ll run through the heart of Berlin, passing the city’s most iconic landmarks: the TV Tower, Berlin Cathedral, Brandenburg Gate, Charlottenburg Palace and the lively Potsdamer Platz. It’s sightseeing and running fun in perfect combination!
Recharge in style – right in the heart of the race weekend!
Check in at the centrally located Scandic Berlin Potzdammer Platz and enjoy a comfortable and inspiring pre-race warm-up. We’ll kick off the weekend with a visit to the expo, where we’ll pick up our bibs and get a first feel for the exciting start and finish area. Shake off the journey and feel the legs during our joint morning jog on Saturday.
We round off Saturday evening with a tasty pasta dinner – the perfect warm-up for Sunday’s big adventure. After the finish, we proudly celebrate our efforts together at a lovely after-run dinner. An evening filled with joy, pride and running community at its best!

About the race
Experience the thrill of running through one of Europe’s most fascinating cities alongside tens of thousands of runners from all over the world. The Berlin Half Marathon is not just a race – it’s a journey through history, culture and the magical joy of running that fills the city streets.
Every spring, Berlin is transformed into a giant arena as the half marathon takes over the heart of the city. Starting at Alexanderplatz, the course winds through Berlin’s most iconic sites – from the Brandenburg Gate and the Victory Column to the Kurfürstendamm and Berlin Cathedral. The flat and fast course attracts both elite runners chasing records and amateurs who want to experience the city in a unique way.
The crowds along the way create an electric atmosphere with music, applause and cheers that make every kilometre easier. You’re not just running a race here – you’re becoming part of an international celebration of energy, community and the joy of running. - 09:05 Oslo group lands. We drive directly to EXPO, then to the hotel
- 10:20 The Arlanda group lands. We drive directly to the Expo, then to the hotel
- 18:00 The tour guides are available in the lobby if you have any questions or come by and say hello!
Saturday 28 March
- 08:00 Morning jog
- 10:30 Come to the Expo if you want to pick up your licence plates. We are travelling by metro
- 17:30 Leaders are available in the lobby if you have questions and concerns
- 18:00 Paste loading in the hotel restaurant on the 2nd floor. Pre-booking required
Sunday 29 March
- Leaders go to the start. Come along if you wish.
