La Parisienne ♀️

Since its inception in 1997, La Parisienne has become one of the biggest sporting events in France, dedicated exclusively to women. Each year, the race has attracted thousands of participants to a unique and festive experience in the heart of Paris.

A path through the heart of Paris. Like a postcard that takes you close to the iconic Parisian monuments for 10 km of pure enjoyment. Supporters and musicians are all along the course to make the experience even more fun!

It starts from the Pont d’Iéna, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Here you can dance and wake up the whole of Paris with a fun and energising group warm-up. Once you’ve got into the rhythm, the race starts in waves, allowing all runners and walkers to enjoy the course without crowds.

Paris – a city of history, culture and everyday life

Paris is not only the capital of France – it is one of Europe’s most vibrant metropolises of food, fashion, art and literature. No matter how many times you’ve visited the city, there’s always something new to discover!

In September, Paris offers the perfect temperature to explore the city’s charms at your own pace. Stroll along the iconic Champs-Élysées, lose yourself in the bustling streets of the Latin Quarter or enjoy the magical views from Sacré-Cœur in Montmartre.

Whether you love shopping, entertainment, historical sights or gastronomic experiences, Paris has something for everyone. Autumn has never been more inspiring – let yourself be seduced by the city of light!

About the race

La Parisienne is more than a race – it’s a movement, a celebration and a celebration of female strength right in the heart of Paris. Every year, tens of thousands of women gather to run, jog or walk through the city’s iconic settings in a unique atmosphere that combines sport, joy and sisterhood. Elite runners and amateurs, first-timers and experienced runners meet here, all with the same goal: to make their way through one of the world’s most beautiful cities and cross the finish line with a smile.

The course winds through classic Parisian neighbourhoods with the Eiffel Tower as a constant silhouette in the background. The crowds line the streets, the music pulsates and the atmosphere is electric right from the start. It’s a race where performance takes centre stage, but where the experience is always the focus. Whether you’re running to beat your personal best or to share an unforgettable weekend with friends, the feeling is the same: you’re part of something bigger.

La Parisienne is also an event with a heart. Since its inception, the event has had a strong commitment to women’s health and community issues. It makes every step on the course meaningful, every entry contributing to something that goes beyond the day of the race itself. The combination of sport, solidarity and celebration creates an experience that stays with you long after the medal is hung around your neck.

To take part in La Parisienne is to embark on a journey filled with energy, inspiration and Parisian charm. It’s a weekend where training meets enjoyment, where the nervousness of the morning turns to euphoria at the finish line and where memories are made for life. For those looking for a race that offers both challenge and magic, there are few experiences that can match this iconic Parisian race.
