Running & Hiking – Davos X-Trails

Known as one of the most exclusive winter resorts in the Alps, Davos shows its most beautiful side in summer. Green alpine meadows, crystal-clear lakes and snow-capped peaks on the horizon make this an unforgettable place for those who love movement, nature and adventure.

Join us for an active week where we combine hikes in a magnificent alpine environment with mobility training, yoga and socialising. Our experienced leaders will inspire and guide you through a varied training week – and you’ll also have time to explore Davos’ range of cycling, golf, tennis or climbing. There really is something for everyone.

AMERON Davos Swiss Mountain Resort – your home in the Alps

During the trip we stay at the luxurious AMERON Davos Swiss Mountain Resort, a modern 4-star hotel in the heart of Davos. Here, Alpine elegance meets international design, and after the day’s adventures you can relax in the hotel’s award-winning spa. Enjoy heated pools, saunas, steam baths and pampering treatments – or simply relax with views of the Swiss Alps. The hotel also offers first-class restaurants where local produce meets international flavours. In short: a perfect combination of activity, relaxation and comfort.

Davos X-trails – the heart of the trip
The highlight of the week is the Davos X-trails, one of Europe’s most spectacular mountain races. Whatever distance you choose, a world-class challenge awaits, with breathtaking views and an atmosphere you won’t soon forget.

A trip out of the ordinary
Springtime has been organising trips to Davos since 1989. With our centrally located hotel, you are close to lifts and cable cars that quickly take you to the best hiking and running trails in the Alps. The focus is on the hiking and running experience, but every day we also offer complementary training sessions. Add to that good food, great company and engaging leaders – and you get a holiday that brings both memories and new energy.

Things to consider
To get the most out of your trip, we recommend a good basic level of fitness, similar to that of a fit exerciser. You should be comfortable with longer hikes in hilly terrain, preferably with experience of walks of 15 km or more. General exercise such as running, cycling or going to the gym will help. In short: good fitness is enough – you don’t need to be in top shape.

Welcome to experience Davos with us – where nature, community and the joy of running meet at the highest level!
