The Coastal Pass – Anders Szalkai’s Running Week

Bus journey (75 mins) departing at 08:30.

We’re heading to the spectacular Seven Hanging Valleys. This run is more of an adventure run than anything else.

Please do wear trail shoes or shoes with a rugged sole!

You will have four options:

The distances available are as follows:

1) Running/trail running or walking: 5.4 km (starting at Carvalho Beach)

2) Running/Trail: 8.3 km (Starting at Praia da Marinha)

3) Running/Trail: 14.6 km (Starting at Praia da Marinha)

4) Head straight to Carvoeiro Beach for a scenic walk in and around the village

We’ll have lunch on our own in the little village of Carvoeiro.
