Mobility

A mobile body is a more functional body. Being functional doesn’t just mean being able to bend your knees further when doing squats at the gym, but also being able to carry out everyday tasks such as bending down in the sandpit to play with your children or getting into the car without groaning. As you become more flexible, you minimise restrictions, become stronger and reduce the risk of injury, as your body doesn’t have to compensate to achieve its full range of motion. Flexibility training also helps improve your posture.
