You may recognise Tobias Karlsson from TV4’s ‘Let’s Dance’, as the cheerful dancer who has helped a number of women achieve great things. However, his life hasn’t always been like that. A childhood marked by bullying and secrets nearly broke him completely, but it has also made him stronger and shaped him into the person he is today. Hear his story about his early school years, where bullying went hand in hand with a world of dance filled with praise and encouragement. Hear how his homosexuality has affected him and those around him, and how “Let’s Dance” has brought his dream a little closer.

By listening to the signals around you, your own intuition, and by sometimes accepting a helping hand from a friend, I’ve learnt that you can achieve your dream! BUT if you aren’t happy along the way, then you won’t be happy when you achieve your dream either. I’d like to start by saying that my life hasn’t always been ‘a bed of roses’.
