In this talk, social commentator and influencer Frida Grande shares the most important lessons she has learnt whilst working on a book project about the female cycle, which she is currently working on. She herself suffers from PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), which is a very severe form of PMS. For Frida, physical activity and a healthy diet have been vital in preventing the condition from taking over her whole life. As a result, she now knows more about this subject than most people.
